Letters of Recommendation

October 24, 2008

My name is Kari Raderstorf and our daughter, Hadley, has been with Jennifer for almost a year now and has had an amazing experience! When Hadley was first in daycare we were at a commercialized location as we felt it was in our best interest, yet over time, started to realize that it was not an environment we were in love with. There were many aspects that we did not consider, such as the loud noise and bright lights at nap time, the MANY MANY ear infections and colds Hadley got, the lack of quality teachers as most are unhappy, low paid and unable to provide the love and kindness that she deserved…. So, we started looking for a new daycare!

That’s when we found Jennifer’s Infant and Childcare. Although my husband and I knew in our hearts it was the right move, it was still scary at first (the thought of leaving your vulnerable child with an individual you don’t know is extremely scary)…. But in a very short time, we came to the conclusion that we DEFINITELY made the right decision!

Jennifer is amazing with Hadley and the other kids! Hadley started the daycare when she was 12 months, she is now 21 months and has had an incredible experience. The environment where they are is great! The mood is calming, there are so many toys and activities for the kids to be around, there is space for them to run and be goof balls! The kids not only play, they also learn (sign language, manners, sharing, how to use their imagination, the alphabet, counting, colors, objects, animals, have craft time, color, dance… etc). It seems as though my husband and I are amazed (almost daily now) of the knowledge Hadi comes home with…. Our child is brilliant! Unfortunately, we can’t take all the credit, most of it is due to the environment she’s in! Jennifer is amazing! We feel luck every day of the experience Hadi has with her! Jennifer has a gift that not many have and it’s the gift of Love, Patience and Consistency in making the children she watches the best they can be! We LOVE Jennifer! We give our HIGHEST recommendations to her and know that any child she watches is one of the lucky ones!

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is in reference to Jennifer Watson, whom we have known for nearly 1 ½ years now as our daughter‘s previous child care provider. My husband and I were fortunate enough to have found Jennifer back in the summer of 2007 prior to me starting back to work. She watched our daughter, Maya Jane from July until December full time, until I made the decision to become a stay at home mom. Since then, Jennifer occasionally watches Maya for me on days that I need to tend to personal appointments.
Jennifer has always provided wonderful care to our daughter and the children she watches. She treats the children as her own and offers a loving, educational environment that our daughter adapted to very quickly. Maya always felt safe going to see Jennifer and we completely trusted Jennifer to meet her needs each day, which she did. She complied with my parental requests and desires for Maya and was fair and consistent with her policies and procedures. We are so thankful to have found such an exceptional provider for our daughter, who we continue to use as needed.
We would recommend Jennifer as a child care provider to anyone looking for wonderful care for their child and would be happy to speak with anyone desiring more specific information regarding our experience.
